service overview
Taking your piece to print involves more than ink and a press. There are varied printing methods and many specialized services and effects that can be considered for your project. Embossing or de-bossing can add raised or recessed dimensions to your design. Special inks, coatings, and varnishes can add metallic qualities, shine, matte, and UV protection. They can even be limited to specific areas to achieve effects such as highlights. Foiling can add shine and metallic effects beyond any ink's capability, and can also be applied to specific designated areas.
Printing stock is also an important consideration for your project, and there are a great variety from which to select. Texture, weight, matte, gloss, translucence, and color are elements that stock can contribute to your piece; heightening and enriching the final effect.
designed to meet the press
When we develop your project, we work with the end result always in mind. We use industry-standard Adobe software to design your piece and prepare it for the press. We will review options with you to select the perfect stock and most appropriate printing method for your project, and discuss any specialized processes to be applied. Once you have approved the design, we complete basic Pre-Press tasks (which saves time when your project goes to the printer), output and review the press files, and submit them to you or the printer as required. We can even arrange the printing services for you.
we're here to spread your word.
